Session two was on TV therapy.  I'm a film person so was reluctant to visit to television content. Absolutely hated, "My Crazy Ex-Girl Friend" and "Gypsy". 

However, I have seen just one or two episodes of "Mr. Robot" and "Big Little Lies", so it was nice to see a recap of the entire show in a few minutes. Especially the selected therapy scenes. 

"In Treatment" I was a huge fan of on DVD, I didn't see it on TV. I just saw that first season with Gabriel Byrne and was really pleased with the therapy scene Mary selected. 

Frasier was silly. 

"The Sopranos" I had never seen and the therapy relationship interested and impressed me. 

"Mad Men" I had seen and I only appreciated it for the 1950's costumery and set decoration.

Mary says that the show reminds her of Mulholland Drive and Lynch fans will like it.  I don't think so.  She also says it's an interesting show about counter-transference.
